ACCESS TO THE COURSE
Spectators with a general admission ticket can move freely around the golf course, but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked, should be used when crossing the fairways. Please follow the instructions of the marshals manning these crossing points.
There will be specified disabled viewing areas at the 1st and 10th tees ,9th and 18th green and also the practice range. Disabled toilets will be located close to the public village which is located on the right hand side of the 18th green. Parking for the disabled will be available within the clubhouse car park, however this will be limited so please contact the tournament office to secure a car park.
Readmission to the course is available. Please ensure that your ticket is scanned out at one of the gates located around the course when you leave, otherwise you will not be permitted readmission.
It is recommended that if people are wishing to ask players for autographs, they do so around the Driving Range.
Cash advances will be available from the Pro Shop and the Merchandise Marquee
No video or audio equipments, PDA's, radios, televisions, large eskies, crates, milk crates, stepladders, signs, banners, firearms, explosive devices, etc will be permitted on the grounds. No alcoholic beverages or glass bottles may be brought onto or taken from the grounds of the Tournament. Only sealed plastic bottles may be brought into the grounds.
You are not permitted to bring your camera and take photos of the players on any day of the event, except for the Pro-Am day (Wednesday). Only people with official media accreditation will be permitted to take photographs.
There are many licensed catering facilities in the Masters Village and on the course.
SCOREBOARDS AND VIDEO SCREENS
Scoreboards and video screen on the 18th hole will keep spectators fully informed of the latest action.
In the event of inclement weather, it may be necessary to evacuate the course and grandstands, please observe the instructions of the marshals. Please be reminded that under wet conditions, the ground may become slippery and appropriate footwear should be worn. Please no running. Spectators should wear sun protection and drink plenty of fluids in hot and sunny conditions.
The Tournament Information Centre will be able to offer assistance with general enquiries.
Mobile phones can distract players and the use of your phones will not be permitted on the course. Please ensure your phone is switched to silent.
MEDICAL & FIRST AID
Full medical and first aid facilities will be available in the Public Village and on course. Please see an official if medical aid is required.
The Seven Network will broadcast live national coverage of the tournament on all four day from 12.30pm - 5.30pm.
Official merchandise is available for sale in the Masters Village, providing a comprehensive range of menswear, ladieswear, outerwear, headwear and golf accessories.
Programs will be available at the entry points during the Tournament.
No pets are allowed on the course and should not be brought to the event.
